Destination Wedding Planners in Ranthambore

A Ranthambore wedding gives guests a safari, forest views and a resort to themselves. It also needs more planning than a city wedding, because guests travel further and the tiger reserve sets its own rules. Our planners take care of both sides.

What we plan for a Ranthambore wedding

  • Resort booking: Six Senses Fort Barwara, Nahargarh Palace Hotel, JW Marriott Ranthambore, Taj Sawai and Sawai Madhopur Lodge, matched to your guest count and style.
  • Guest travel: coaches and cars from Jaipur airport, and pickups at Sawai Madhopur railway station.
  • Safaris: booking safari slots for guests in advance through the forest department's online system.
  • Functions: jungle-themed mehendi, a sangeet under the stars, pheras and reception at the resort.
  • Hotel rules: clear answers early on fireworks, late music and outside vendors, which can be stricter near a protected area.

What makes Ranthambore different to plan

Getting guests there

There is no airport in Sawai Madhopur. Most guests fly into Jaipur and drive about three to four hours, or take a train to Sawai Madhopur, which sits on the main Delhi to Mumbai line. We plan arrivals so the coaches leave Jaipur in batches and nobody waits long at the airport.

Safaris need booking early

Safari seats are limited and are booked online with each guest's ID details. For a wedding group, we collect details well ahead and book the slots as soon as they open, then build the function schedule around them.

The park's season

The core safari zones close during the monsoon, roughly July to September. Weddings with safaris work best between October and June, with October to March being the most comfortable for outdoor functions.

Choosing between the resorts

Ranthambore's resorts differ a lot in size and feel, from a restored fort to large modern resorts. Some are close to the park gates and some are a longer drive away. We help you decide based on how many guests need rooms and how much the safari matters to your plan.
