Most Jaisalmer weddings use a hotel for the ceremony, rooms and daytime functions, and hold one or two evenings in the desert near Sam or Khuri, such as a sangeet or a dinner under the stars. Dune functions need permissions, generators, flooring and transport, which we arrange as part of the plan.

Jaisalmer works best for weddings of up to about 250 guests. Larger lists are possible across both hotels, but desert logistics become more complex, and Jodhpur or Jaipur may suit better.
Jaisalmer Airport has limited seasonal flights, so most guests fly to Jodhpur and drive about five hours, or take the overnight train from Delhi. The season is October to March. December and January nights on the dunes can approach freezing, so bonfires and heaters are part of the set-up.
We book the hotel and plan the desert functions as one programme, with vendors who work in the desert regularly and a transport plan tested in daylight.
