Fairmont Jaipur, The Leela Palace, Mementos by ITC Hotels and Taj Amer sit north of the city towards Amber Fort, with the Aravalli hills behind them. This is where most of Jaipur's large resort weddings happen. Allow around an hour from the airport, depending on traffic.
Taj Rambagh Palace, Jai Mahal Palace and Hyatt Regency Mansarovar are the easiest venues for guests who live in Jaipur and for anyone flying in. Hyatt Regency is about 7 km from the airport.
Taj Devi Ratn is on Agra Road at the foot of the Aravallis, and Mundota Fort lies west of the city. Both feel secluded, which is the point, but plan coaches for the wedding days.
Count outstation guests separately from local ones. Only outstation guests need rooms, and the room block usually decides which hotel works more than the size of the lawn does.

For November, December and February dates, start 10 to 12 months ahead; the heritage palaces often fill even earlier. Auspicious wedding dates cluster in the season, and Hindu weddings pause during Kharmas (roughly mid-December to mid-January), so the weeks either side are in high demand. Summer and monsoon dates are easier to secure, with ballrooms taking the place of lawns.

Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar is about 7 km from Jaipur International Airport. The city palaces, Taj Rambagh Palace and Jai Mahal Palace, are also a short drive. Resorts on the Amer and Delhi roads and Mundota Fort take longer, so we plan group transfers for guests.
Yes. Full buyouts are common at smaller properties such as Mundota Fort, Mementos by ITC Hotels and Taj Devi Ratn. Larger hotels usually work on a room block plus exclusive use of the function spaces. We tell you which option each hotel offers for your dates.
Plan rooms only for outstation guests, usually two per room, with suites for the couple and immediate family. Local guests normally do not need rooms. Many hotels ask for a minimum room block before they release their lawns and ballrooms, so we size the block and the venue together.
