Udaipur weddings look effortless in photos, but the lakes, hills and old-city lanes make the logistics harder than in most cities. Our planners handle the venue, the guest movement and every function, so the effortless part is what your guests actually feel.
A call to understand your guest count, functions, style and preferred muhurat dates.
We check live availability with Udaipur hotels and send a shortlist that fits your dates and numbers.
Function flow, décor, food, entertainment and guest logistics, with one point of contact for everything.
Our team runs the wedding days so your family can be guests at their own celebration.
Many of Udaipur's best palace hotels are intimate properties. For a large Indian wedding that often means guests stay in two hotels. We match the hotels on style and distance, plan coaches between them and make sure nobody misses a function because of a transfer.
The lanes around the City Palace are narrow and busy. A baraat or a guest movement through the old city needs a planned route and timing. We work this out with the hotel and local vendors well before the day.
Maharana Pratap Airport sits outside the city, and some resorts are a further drive from the lakes. We schedule pickups against flight arrivals so guests reach their rooms without waiting around.
If you have already chosen your Udaipur hotel, we plan around it. If not, we book it for you through our hotel relationships, then plan the wedding from there. You deal with one team throughout.
Share your dates and guest count. A planner calls you back with venue options and a plan.
Often, yes. Several of the lake palace hotels have fewer rooms than a large wedding needs. We book a second hotel close by, match the room categories as far as possible and run transfers between the two.
Yes. Where the venue or shoot is on the water, we plan boat timings, jetty access and a road backup in case of weather or lake restrictions.
Most couples plan two to three days of functions. Guests also like a free half-day for the City Palace, a lake ride or the old city, so we leave a gap in the schedule for it.
It is possible, but the lanes are narrow and busy. We plan the route, timing and permissions with the hotel and local vendors, and suggest an alternative if the route is not practical for your guest numbers.
Around 10 to 12 months ahead for the October to March season. The lake-facing hotels book early on muhurat dates, and splitting guests across two hotels takes extra time to arrange.
