A Goa wedding feels like a holiday for your guests, which is exactly why it works. Our planners book the resort, plan the beach and lawn functions, and handle the details that are specific to Goa, from which airport guests should use to when the music has to stop.
A call to understand your guest count, functions, style and preferred muhurat dates.
We check live availability with Goa hotels and send a shortlist that fits your dates and numbers.
Function flow, décor, food, entertainment and guest logistics, with one point of contact for everything.
Our team runs the wedding days so your family can be guests at their own celebration.
Goa has two airports: Dabolim in the south-centre and Manohar International at Mopa in the north. Which one guests should use depends on where your resort is. W Goa is in the north, while ITC Grand Goa and The St. Regis are in the south. We tell guests which airport to book and plan pickups from there.
Most couples want the ceremony at sunset, so we time the muhurat and functions around it where possible. Outdoor amplified music usually has to stop by 10 pm, so the after-party moves to an indoor venue at the resort.
The monsoon brings heavy rain from June to September. November to February is the most popular season. Even then, sea breeze and humidity affect décor and flowers, so we design for them and keep an indoor backup for every outdoor function.
Already booked your resort? We plan from there. If not, we book it through our hotel relationships and plan the wedding around it, with one team from start to finish.
Share your dates and guest count. A planner calls you back with venue options and a plan.
It depends on the resort. North Goa resorts are closer to Mopa (Manohar International) and south Goa resorts to Dabolim. We tell guests which one to book and arrange pickups.
Yes, at resorts with a beach-facing lawn or sand area. We plan the mandap, seating and sacred fire with the resort, timed for sunset where the muhurat allows.
Outdoor amplified music usually has to stop by 10 pm. We plan the sangeet and reception to fit, and move the after-party indoors.
