Share your dates, guest count and preferred city, and we send a shortlist of palace hotels and luxury resorts with live availability for your dates. Once you choose, we negotiate the room block, function venues, inclusions and payment schedule with the hotel, then manage the rooming list, guest arrivals and hotel coordination until the last guest checks out. You can book only the hotel through us, or add full wedding planning at any stage.
It depends on four things: guest count, the category of hotel, the season and the number of functions. Palace hotels on peak winter dates cost the most, while resorts and shoulder months such as October, February and March cost noticeably less. Share your dates, guest count and preferred city and we will send an itemised hotel quote for rooms and function venues.
Jaipur has the widest choice of palace venues and the easiest flight connections, Udaipur suits scenic lake and hillside celebrations, Jodhpur suits grand palace-scale weddings and Goa suits beach weddings where guests treat the trip as a holiday. We shortlist based on your guest list, budget and style rather than push one city.
For peak dates between November and February, and for popular muhurat dates, book 9 to 12 months ahead, because palace hotels and large resorts fill first. Smaller weddings or off-peak dates can often be arranged in 4 to 6 months, and we also track last-minute availability at leading hotels.
Both. Some couples use us only to secure the hotel, room block and function venues. Others hand us the complete wedding: decor, catering coordination, entertainment and artists, photography, and guest travel and hospitality from arrival to departure.
